A broth-based turkey and vegetable stew, simmered and frozen in portions.
Ingredients
- 2 lb turkey
- 6 cups bone broth
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Simmer 45 minutes.
- Cool.
- Freeze.
