Instructions

  1. Bake the cake layer (see Gordie Loaf method for a similar bake time/temp as a starting point — confirm and update).
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Frost with the Greek yogurt and mashed sweet potato mixture.
  4. Decorate with carrots.
